From design to turnkey delivery
Happy Home offers a fully integrated service – from initial design to a complete turnkey solution. They manage the entire process, from building permits through to occupancy approval.
Each home is developed as a bespoke project, tailored to the client’s vision, the specifics of the plot, and the surrounding environment. In collaboration with an architect, everything is defined – from the size and layout of the home to the choice of finishing materials. The design process takes into account the shape of the plot, orientation, and the movement of the sun, often combining the best elements from different designs to create a perfectly balanced home for each family.
Fast and efficient construction
Happy Home homes are manufactured off-site, with the structural elements produced in a factory and the house shell assembled on-site using a crane, based on a precise engineering design. Standardised and proven construction methods ensure consistent quality at every stage and an efficient building process.
The installation of the house shell takes approximately one week, while a fully completed turnkey home (from foundation to final interior finishes) is ready in around 22 weeks.
